AInalyzer is an AI-powered product review aggregation and analysis service. When you enter a product name, our system searches the internet for reviews from various sources including Reddit, tech blogs, professional review websites, YouTube transcripts, and consumer forums. We then use artificial intelligence to analyze this content and provide you with a summarized verdict including pros, cons, a score out of 10, and a recommendation on whether the product is worth purchasing.

The Service also includes product comparison features, allowing you to compare two products side-by-side with AI-generated analysis of their relative strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, we offer follow-up question functionality that allows you to ask specific questions about products you have searched for.

All content generated by AInalyzer is produced using artificial intelligence and is intended for informational purposes only. Our analyses are not professional advice and should not be the sole basis for any purchasing decision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and you agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You may create an account using Google OAuth authentication. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with others or allow others to access your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.

4. Free Usage and Credits System

AInalyzer offers a limited number of free searches per day to all users. The current limit is 5 searches per 24-hour period. This limit applies to both authenticated users and unauthenticated visitors, and is tracked using a combination of account information and device fingerprinting to prevent abuse.

Users who wish to perform additional searches beyond the daily free limit may purchase credits through our payment system. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. The pricing for credits is displayed on our website and may change at any time, though changes will not affect credits already purchased.

We reserve the right to modify the number of free daily searches, credit pricing, or the credits system at any time. Any such changes will be communicated through the Service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: researching product reviews and making informed purchasing decisions. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the rate limiting system
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the underlying algorithms, code, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
• Use the Service to collect or harvest personal information about other users
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code

• Use VPNs, multiple accounts, or other methods to circumvent usage limits or obtain more free searches than permitted

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including reporting such violations to law enforcement authorities.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All product analyses, summaries, scores, recommendations, and comparisons provided by AInalyzer are generated using artificial intelligence. This AI-generated content:

• Is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice
• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• May not capture every nuance or detail from the original source reviews
• Is based on publicly available information that may itself contain biases or inaccuracies
• Should not be the sole basis for any purchasing decision
• May not reflect the most current information about products, especially for newly released items

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The AInalyzer name, logo, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of AInalyzer and its creator. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

The review content analyzed by our Service is sourced from third-party websites and remains the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of this third-party content. Our AI-generated summaries and analyses are original works created by our system and are owned by AInalyzer.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Service, except as follows:

• You may temporarily store copies of content in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing it
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use
• You may share links to AInalyzer pages through social media or other means

You may not use our branding, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent. If you wish to use any Service content other than as set out above, please contact us.

8. Payment Terms

If you purchase credits through our Service, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
• Credits are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment.
• All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
• You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase based on your location.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us through our contact page and we will investigate. Refunds, if any, will be issued at our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AINALYZER AND ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Inaccurate or incomplete product reviews or analysis
• Purchasing decisions made based on our recommendations
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).

The limitations of this section shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that the information provided will be accurate, reliable, or complete, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service or the information contained therein.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The AI-generated analysis is meant to assist your research, not replace your own judgment. Always verify important information before making purchasing decisions.

14. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise.
